Carly removed the Facebook app from her phone ages ago. After watching Carly do it, plus listening to another friend espouse the benefits of it, Kelly also removed the app from her phone.
Interestingly, she saw absolutely no increase in productivity or happiness. Maybe this means she’s not as addicted to Facebook as she thought she was?
