At time of recording, pretty much the whole world is in lockdown and being asked by their country’s government to socially isolate and #stayathome. Which of course is creating mental health challenges for everyone. So this week on Straight and Curly we’re sharing 10 tips for keeping your mental health levels as topped up as possible during this time.

  1. Work to a routine on the weekdays and leave weekends to be routine-free
  2. Find a way to move your body every day
  3. Try and eat well
  4. Get yourself an infinity project
  5. Create a group you can share funny things with
  6. Get showered and dressed in comfortable clothes, wash your face, brush your teeth
  7. Give everyone the benefit of the doubt
  8. Focus on the basics
  9. Try to laugh
  10. Remember this too shall pass
