If you listened to Episode 6 and felt Kelly was a little dismissive about just how hard it is to give up alcohol for a month, then you’re in for a treat. Kelly gave up coffee for the month of February and she takes this opportunity to sincerely apologise for ever suggesting that going to the pub and having a sparkling water with a twist of lemon is an appropriate substitute for an alcoholic drink. In much the same way that suggesting tea is an appropriate substitute for a cup of coffee.

In this episode Kelly shares the things that surprised her most about giving up coffee and both girls discuss whether there are actually any health benefits (or other benefits) to doing so.
