    I am listening to this podcast episode and shouting in agreement with you – I am stuck out of a healthy routine. 18months ago I was in the best shape Id ever been in – exercising regularly and well, eating well and I was happily there. Then a stress trigger just sent me into survival mode, and food is the first thing to go. Now I am overweight again and that has had a knock on effect of feeling rubbish and not exercising. Need to force myself to start up again – one thing at a time
