Kelly is battling grief. Carly is in the first year of a baby. We’re both exhausted. Yet we have to show up with good energy each day for our kids and our family and our clients. Here’s how we do it:

  1. Prioritise sleep
  2. Exercise every day
  3. Eat well
  4. Be careful what we say yes to
  5. Manage workload carefully
  6. Stay away from unnecessary drama
  7. Know what’s important in life and be grateful if you have it
  8. Know a positive attitude can provide an energy boost, not just to you, but those around you
