A few episodes ago we mentioned the concept of re-writing the stories you tell yourself. Everyone wanted more on that topic so we’d thought we’d do a whole episode on it. It’s worth noting this is a really big topic. So, as always, these steps aren’t intended to be all-encompassing.

Think of them as more of a starter pack to get you on your way 🙂

  1. Be aware of the stories you tell yourself
  2. Come at them with curiosity rather than judgement
  3. Identify which stories you want to re-write
  4. Change just one story at a time
