In this episode, we’re revisiting a topic we’ve done in the past: perfectionism.

The weird thing about perfectionism is relatively few people realise that certain behaviours they’re indulging are related to the perfectionistic tendencies they have. The funny thing about many perfectionists is that they don’t think they’re perfectionists. (They think perfectionists want to be perfect at everything and if there are things they can be non-perfectionistic about, then they’re not perfectionists.)

The reality is, we are all capable of perfectionistic behaviour. Sometimes it‘s harmless and you don‘t have to worry too much about it. But sometimes it can affect your life in a suboptimal way. Usually in the form of trying to achieve the completely unrealistic expectations you have of yourself.

So that’s what we’re tackling in this episode with these tips:
